Finding the Nose You Want

If you are unhappy with the general appearance of your nose, then you may be a candidate for a rhinoplasty procedure. This procedure, also known as a nose job, can streamline the nose and make it more in proportion to the rest of your face. There are many different things that people may find disappointing with their nose, either from a profile or head on perspective. Some of the most common ailments are a bump in the nose, a nose that is either too wide or too narrow, a tip that hangs, absence of a feminine slope, and others. Most of these things can be fixed with a common outpatient surgical procedure called Los Angeles rhinoplasty. This procedure takes a few hours and you are ready to go home that day. We recommend that our patients take about a week or so off from work so that they may have time to heal and feel like themselves again. Sometimes, this procedure is done in conjunction with a septoplasty procedure. This is a procedure in which a deviated septum is straightened out and corrected in order to repair a breathing ailment. Many of these patients go on to report that they are breathing better, sleeping better, and have more energy as a result of this surgery.
